Temple Care ACO REACH

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) offer Alternative Payment Models (APMs) intending to incentivize providers to maintain or improve quality outcomes for traditional Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) beneficiaries, while also reducing their healthcare costs.

Temple Care is participating in the CMS ACO REACH program. The goal of the program is to improve quality and health outcomes for Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) beneficiaries through alignment of incentives and an emphasis on beneficiary choice and care delivery while maintaining access to care for beneficiaries.

If you have any questions about your Temple Care ACO Reach Program benefits, please call us at 215-926-3500 or speak with your Temple primary care provider.
