Dr. Fonseka reviewed my online chart and also reviewed the discharge summary from the ER visit. She explained the test results to me in a clear and thorough manner.
Dr. Fonseka is outstanding! She was extremely thorough reviewing all of my medical records (past and present), discussing all of that with me as well as the latest test results and any other questions/issues I had regarding the results, taking statins, etc. And when I asked if I could see what my heart's lesions looked like she pulled up my test images and actually showed me! So she's definitely an outstanding educator as well! She did not rush at all. I am so thankful this practice has a woman Cardiologist now! I hope this practice knows that it is very fortunate to have Dr. Fonseka on its staff.
