Patient Portals

Effective February 1, 2020: Please note the change below about accessing Jeanes Care Connect.

Temple Health’s patient portals provide users with the ability to access portions of their medical record and manage many of their day-to-day healthcare tasks. These portals are available to anyone who has received care at one of our three hospitals or from a Temple or Fox Chase physician. There is no charge to use these safe, secure, web-based portals, though you must register online using the activation code on your after-visit summary.

To register, simply click on the link for the portal that corresponds with where you receive your care and follow the registration instructions.

The myTempleHealth patient portal should be used to access your medical records for:

  • Temple University Hospital
  • TUH – Jeanes Campus
  • TUH – Episcopal Campus 
  • TUH – Northeastern Campus 
  • Temple Faculty Physicians
  • Temple Physicians, Inc.

If you don’t have your after-visit summary, you may ask for assistance by contacting:

For patients with former Jeanes Hospital inpatient stays (dates prior to February 1, 2020): you may access your inpatient records from the Jeanes Care Connect patient portal.

For patients with hospital records seen on and after February 1, 2020 at Temple University Hospital – Jeanes Campus: you may access your records through the myTempleHealth portal.

Jeanes Care Connect will be maintained through June 30, 2020. After that, Jeanes Hospital records can be obtained by contacting Jeanes Medical Records Department at 215-728-2075.

The myFoxChase patient portal should be used to access your Fox Chase Cancer Center records.
