Healio reported on a study co-authored by Anjali Vaidya, MD, FACC, FASE, FACP, Co-Director of the Advanced Pulmonary Hypertension, Right Heart Failure & Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) Program at Temple University Hospital, that was presented at the ATS conference. Dr. Vaidya and colleagues found that many women with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) report feeling grief related to being unable to become pregnant/have biological children and that spouses and parents are the most commonly reported caregivers of women with PAH of childbearing and childrearing age.
