Becker’s Hospital Review highlighted the Temple Heart and Vascular Institute’s recent achievement of completing its 500th pulmonary thromboendarterectomy and 500th balloon pulmonary angioplasty in the treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). Anjali Vaidya, MD, FACC, FASE, FACP, Director of the Advanced Pulmonary Hypertension, Right Heart Failure and CTEPH program at Temple University Hospital, participated in a Q&A to share more about the twin milestones.
