The Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant & Mechanical Circulatory Support Program offers patients the chance to share their experiences with others and learn more about their disease. Many who attend are comforted by the knowledge that they are not alone. Family members are also encouraged to attend meetings so they can learn how to cope with this disease.
