I am very happy with Dr. Kim. He is very knowledgeable, listens well, answered all my questions thoughtfully, was respectful, and was also very kind and gentle. I am comfortable with him and trust his expertise. [...]

My health issue is a mystery. I had hoped a doctor at a research hospital would be more curious & probing for alternate possible causes of my shortness of breath, etc. But Dr. Kim just said it's not the usual suspects, sorry. Very disappointing after 8 months of trying to figure out what happened [...]. I know this isn't my normal - will have to keep advocating for myself to find someone who can help me.

I was placed in a room and the doctor went and saw the patient that was after me first. When the assistant told him I was next and not that patient he replied that he knew. Well, after waiting over 30 minutes passed my appointment time I thought that was very rude and insensitive. I normally have nothing but good things to say about him, but let's just say I'm glad I kept my cool.
