His experience and knowledge is obviously vast but he always takes great care to hear me out, discuss standard of care, agree on an approach that meets my needs and goals, and educate me on all aspects of my issue and treatment. This doctor really took my concerns seriously, even though I am a young person with moderate physiological issues. He teased me in a kind way about my youth, but never made me feel silly. He gave me an extensive treatment plan with options I had not considered. I learned a lot and am following the doctor's recommendations.
