Our first experience with both Dr. Lee and his P.A. [...] was phenomenal. We had all our questions answered in detail. Dr. Lee did not look at the computer - he pulled up a chair literally knee-to-knee with us, and described the cancer diagnosis, staging, and treatment options in detail, outlining the benefits and possible disadvantages of all treatment options. Dr. Lee took time to even draw diagrams to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Lee and [...] went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood the diagnosis, options, and what we could expect in the weeks and months to come.
I feel Dr Lee & staff treated me well & showed concern with my condition
Dr. Lee is maybe the most understanding and empathetic physician I have ever visited with. I have a concern about being treated like just a number, not a person and expressed this to Dr. Lee in my Initial consult, and in a follow up phone conversation and after both I felt this was not the case. My diagnosis Is very concerning to me, and seeing a lot of medical facilities concentrating on quantity, not quality only adds to my anxiety in the selection of a physician and treatment options. In my initial visit and on two follow up phone calls. Dr. Lee's compassion, candor and explanation of my condition, options for treatment, potential side effects, and hopeful outcome made me feel better about the process I was about to endure. I explained that this is a quality of life issue that will affect me for the rest of my life, and that I hoped he would make it as positive as possible. All of my questions and concerns were well received and I was assured that quality was his #1 focus, and after meeting and speaking with Dr. Lee, I truly believe that!
Dr Lee and staff made a very stressful appointment much more tolerable. They listened to my concerns and spent time explaining. The office in voorhees is a convenient site for appointments as I live in [...] New Jersey
