I was in for a transplant evaluation. Each test I went through one after the other went like a well oiled machine. I don't think I could've received better care anywhere else.
Excellent doctor was delayed in surgery his PA was excellent
Very professional.
This Doctor is the best in his field. The only down side is I had a very hard time understanding him. Other then that I wouldn't change a thing.
All the stuff was caring and understanding
Very good
I had and excellent meeting with Dr Shigemura and his Nurse Practicioner, [...]. They very courteous and respectful. My greetings upon entering the office was not courteous nor respectful. The greeter urgently called for me as I was attempting to complete the required paperwork. I explained I was still completing the paperwork she called out "next patient!" I followed her into the examination room. My wife inquired as to whether I needed to complete the paperwork, as I was and existing patient. She angrily removed the paperwork saying she would shred it.
It was a very good office visit
The care at this facility and from this doctor are exceptional.
My experience was wonder from start to finish.I gain a tremendous of knowledge in ways to cope with COOD
Truthfully the PA gave me all the information and went through the transplant process from a cardiology aspect prior to the Provider cam into the room. He asked if I had any questions, I said I had 1, he told me to ask my pulmonologist.
Excellent experience.
