Dr. Douglas is one of my favorite physicians that I have ever met.

It felt like I was in a court house, while explaining my issues I just hear typing with no eyes contact just so impersonal. Poor bed side manners and showed empathy. Not to mention near the end of my visit it felt rushed because she had a new client, (this was my first visit as well).
