Treatment Philosophy
I take time to listen to my patients, understand what they are saying, which helps me come up with a treatment plan that is best for them. My practice is unique in that it is focused on benign urological conditions. Many of these conditions have multiple treatment options, and sometimes do not require treatment at all. Therefore, my time for each patient when I see them is dedicated to counseling them on all available options for their diagnosis.
I believe humility is an important attribute that I bring to my practice that helps strengthen my ability to relate to patients and ultimately, help them achieve their goals. One of my favorite things about Urology is that it is constantly changing with newer technologies to treat urological conditions. I am dedicated to making sure patients have the best treatment options available to them.
My goal for every patient is that when they leave my office, they feel that they received the best care possible. I want patients to know that every clinical decision I make is in their best interest.
Patient Comments
The doctor was Intelligent enough to change course during a critical procedure and instead removed a cancerous growth, something unexpected. The doctor immediately put me on a six week chemotherapy protocol and further tests have indicated the cancer is gone
This was my first visit to Dr. Ghiraldi's office. I discussed abnormal lab and MRI results and what follow up is needed.
I was completely satisfied and pleased with Dr. Ghiraldi's explanation of all of the treatment options that would be available to me if my condition worsens.
All good. I am glad this provider is my dr
Dr. Ghirardelli and everyone that I had contact with during my visit changed my opinion about my care. They all seem to care, which I think is not common these days in the medical field. Most medical institutions seem to rush you through your visit to get to the next patient and sometimes make me feel like a number rather than a person who needs help with their health care. Not so at all with Dr.Ghiraldi and his staff. Every one was pleasant, caring, and helpful, which is missing in health care these days. I am more than pleased with my visit because of the doctor and all of the staff at this facility
