The dr was a little rough during my exam. I'm still in a little pain days later. But she was nice. I felt as though she didn't have all the answers to my question and gave a little negative and discouraging response. She just advised me to seek a specialist who can help me with any further concerns.
The nurse and provider were very kind, courteous, effective, and efficient.
Great experience, but I always feel like the doctor is trying to rush out of my appointment into the next one.
Always friendly and accommodating. My Dr. answered all of my questions thoroughly and left me feeling like I knew everything that I needed to know. She's been great since I started seeing her.
I went to visit this provider because I have broken my pelvis and needed some guidance and comfort when it come to family planning. I do not have any children and have trauma from an accident in 2019. I needed some knowledge just to put my mind at ease. I was told to remove my bottoms for my annual and then I was told to put them on because the doctor will come speak with me. all in all I did not get an annual and I only basically went to take a pregnancy which is not something I went for. I did voice my concerns that took place while waiting for my appointment. I figured I should be honest with my doctor but her response was an apology because I did express my experience at that office specifically on broad street near starbucks. she did not seem to care about my concerns or overall health. I basically went to take a pregnancy test which is something I could've done at home. I scheduled the visit to speak about the next steps for family planning for someone with broken pelvis in my history.
i was very comfortable talking to the doctor.she was very easy going and easy to relate to
Dr. Chillapalli and her staff, especially [...] are amazing. They spent time [...], discussed different tests with me, when I asked about PAP smear, polyps, etc. They did not in any way rush with me which I'm grateful for.
very good like my doctor she took her time
