Dr. Propiglia and her team of staffs called ahead of time to notify me about possible delay, I noticed dr rushed back from hospital, and wait was very short. They respected patient's time which is very much appreciated and rare to see nowadays. Dr. Propiglia and her PA thoroughly went through my records and well prepared to answer my questions. This is the first I heard someone clearly explain to me how tumor grows and why it causes such severe pain in past 6 months. Dr. Propiglia also explained why surgery is not an option. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She is a great surgeon, I wish I could know her earlier.
The provider was excellent. She talked to me in a way that I could understand and was kind and compassionate. The staff also were very kind and respectful.
It was a very positive experience as typical for this practice. Dr Porpiglia was a little late to my visit due to seeing a surgical patient who needed immediate attention. The minimal wait was a non-issue.
