Even though this was a follow-up for a surgery this provider performed a year ago, a month before this appointment I had a revision surgery with the plastic surgeon and when I mentioned that to this provider they seemed a bit surprised (like they weren't aware). I would have thought that would have been highlighted on my records for them to see before I mentioned it.
All went well that day!
Got 2nd opinion concerning cancer surgery. Was very helpful. Decided to go locally due to transportation issues. But was very helpful.
