I would like to acknowledge the compassion the nurse and doctor showed to me during my visit. I had just received a bit of bad news about a family member. I was really emotional and couldn't stop crying during my appt. Both the nurse and doctor did their best to try to console me. I was given a box of tissues. They gave me the opportunity to talk to them about it. They offered to call a family member to come pick me up since I was there alone. They offered to get me an Uber ride home. They informed me that there was a social worker I could utilize should I need it. They told me I could stay in the exam room as long as I needed to get myself together. Lastly, I was given hugs and encouragement upon my departure. So I would rate my experience 10/10.
I cannot thank Fox Chase and this doctor enough for the kindness and caring I receive at your facility. It is truly better than any other doctor's office I go to and I admire the philosophy you adhere to so much! It means a lot to a patient!
