I am more than happy with the care I get from Dr.Shevchenko and her staff. The receptionist and medical assistants were wonderful. I felt my concern was taken seriously and all issues were addressed and resolved during this visit. Staff are positive and kind and Dr.Shevchenko is also knowledable so I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Shevchenko was outstanding at this visit. She was kind, very knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns and explain everything to me. She was very caring and I would highly recommend her to anyone with a dermatology concern

After my appointment I realized that Dr. S did not seem to be looking over my records and did not mention that I am now taking Prednisone, which may not affect my skin condition. She did not ask me if I've been using the meds she prescribed at my last visit (I haven't). I thought she could have looked over my skin and scalp more thoroughly, but perhaps I should have asked her to.
