The Philadelphia Tribune highlighted a new program at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University aimed at giving promising Philadelphia students six years of medical school education with an eye toward careers in healthcare. The initial class of Temple’s Lang Medical Scholars Program is comprised of 32 Philadelphia seventh graders.
