Temple University Hospital’s Fighting Chance program, which is co-directed by Scott Charles, Trauma Outreach Coordinator at TUH, was highlighted by U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell during an interview with MSNBC. Scott Charles also spoke with Cherri Gregg of KYW Newsradio’s “Flashpoint” podcast about Fighting Chance and described how someone can deliver first aid to a gunshot victim, including by creating and using a tourniquet to stop bleeding.
