WHYY produced a story about Philadelphia’s closing of Kensington’s last major encampment of many who are homeless and addicted to opioids. Police and city workers were there to support the effort, in addition to advocates for people in addiction, chaplains and a group of Temple nurses, who were handing out care packages.
