Malcolm Kenyatta and others actively working on gun violence prevention at a press conference outside the Leon Sullivan Trust Building on North Broad Street on December 2nd. Rep. Kenyatta called on Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney to declare a state of emergency on gun violence in Philadelphia, among other measures.
