Will Parks, starting safety for the Denver Broncos, will wear cleats representing Philadelphia CeaseFire as part of the NFL’s three-week “My Cause, My Cleats” program. Philadelphia CeaseFire is an anti-violence program based in the Lewis Katz School of Medicine’s Center for Bioethics, Urban Health and Policy and is directed by Marla Davis-Bellamy, JD, MGA. Parks shared his story and the reason behind his choice of cleats with The Athletic.
