The alliance formed by Temple Health, Redeemer Health and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine officially acquired Chestnut Hill Hospital on January 1, 2023. The hospital is now named Temple Health – Chestnut Hill Hospital (TH-CHH). A celebration was held at TH-CHH on January 3. The Philadelphia Inquirer, WHYY, 6ABC, NBC10, FOX29, WFMZ and the Philadelphia Business Journal highlighted the news and included comments from leaders at Chestnut Hill Hospital and from the alliance institutions, including Michael A. Young, MHA, FACHE, President & CEO of Temple Health. The Philadelphia Tribune picked up WHYY’s article.
