Pennsylvania Congressman Brendan Boyle secured $1.5 million in federal funding for the Philadelphia Healthy and Safe Schools program, or PHASeS, a trauma-informed schools initiative facilitated and partially funded by Temple University on five School District of Philadelphia campuses.
