Young, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Temple University Health System and Temple University Hospital, spoke with the Philadelphia Inquirer for an article about Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades. The Leapfrog Group is an independent, nonprofit organization committed to driving quality, safety and transparency in the U.S. health system. Temple University Hospital earned an “A” grade in the spring 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, a national distinction recognizing TUH’s achievements protecting patients from errors, injuries, accidents and infections. TUH also earned an “A” grade in fall 2020.
