Abhinav Rastogi, MBA, MIS, has been named President and CEO of Temple University Hospital (TUH), effective January 1, 2022. Michael A. Young, MHA, FACHE, will remain President and CEO of Temple University Health System (TUHS). During his 19 years at Temple, Rastogi has served as Executive Vice President of TUHS and Chief Operating Officer of TUH, director of the Project Management Office, Associate Hospital Director of the Pulmonary Service Line and Senior Vice President Professional Services. Rastogi will focus on the operational effectiveness and financial health of TUH’s Main, Jeanes, Episcopal and Northeastern campuses and will work closely with Health System, Hospital and Medical Staff leadership to invest in medical services and technologies that advance TUH’s long-range goals and plans. Becker’s Hospital Review, the Philadelphia Business Journal and Al Día highlighted the news.
