It was a special day at Temple University Hospital on Friday, April 25 as 17-year-old Evelyn Bautista and 21-year-old Megan Bosack met for the first time – a significant milestone since the two didn’t know each other’s identities when Megan donated her kidney to Evelyn on April 7. Megan had been living with Nutcracker Syndrome and Evelyn had been living with kidney disease. Multiple media outlets attended the meeting of Evelyn and Megan, including CBS News Philadelphia, 6abc, Fox29 the Philadelphia Inquirer and PhillyVoice.
