Curtis Miyamoto, MD, Professor and Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Associate Director for Clinical Services at Fox Chase Cancer Center at TUH, provided comments to the Philadelphia Inquirer about how the virus has led to discrimination against the Asian community, as well as misinformation that has reached the public. His comments followed a coronavirus panel event held at the Free Library of Philadelphia.
