The Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Hunter College of the City University of New York’s five-year, $13.5 million joint grant from the National Cancer Institute was covered by Crain’s New York Business and Temple Update. Grace X. Ma, PhD, Associate Dean for Health Disparities, Director of the Center for Asian Health, Laura H. Carnell Professor, and Professor of Clinical Sciences at LKSOM, is the principal investigator on the grant. The award will underwrite creation of the Temple University Fox Chase Cancer Center and Hunter College Regional Comprehensive Cancer Health Disparities Partnership.
