Mark Huelsman, Director of Policy & Advocacy at the Hope Center for College, Community and Justice at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, spoke with Inside Higher Ed about the latest federal study on food insecurity among college students, which found that two-thirds of the 3.3 million college students eligible for federal food assistance in 2020 didn’t access it.
