The Harvard Business Review published a story about how employers have navigated the health care of their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report mentioned the integrated mental health model developed for Temple Health during the height of the pandemic by Accolade and Ginger. The model gives all Temple employees and dependents unlimited access, through a mobile app, to mental health coaches backed by therapists and psychiatrists.
