Healio’s Orthopedics Today highlighted research presented by Emily Chu, a student at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, at the Women in Medicine Summit, which showed that orthopedic surgery residency programs with family-friendly resources listed on the program and Graduate Medical Education websites had a higher proportion of female residents.
