Carolyn DiFabrizio received a kidney from donor George Johnson on December 20, 2023, at Temple University Hospital. George is a regular customer at Steak Em-Up shop in South Philadelphia, where Carolyn, who had stage 5 kidney disease, works. FOX29 shared their story.
