Dwight McBee, Chief Experience Officer at Temple University Health System, spoke to PhillyVoice for an article on compassionate care. McBee described CiCARE, Temple’s effort to promote compassion, teamwork and communication among employees and staff, as well as with patients. He detailed two recent moments where members put CiCARE into action.
