Armstead, MD, FAAP, DABA, Professor of Anesthesiology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, was the lead author on a report published in the July edition of the ASA Monitor newsletter about how the Association of University Anesthesiologists has adopted initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in an effort to be more representative in its membership. The ASA Monitor is the newsletter for the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
