Sylvia Hsu, MD, Chair and Professor of Dermatology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, spoke with HealthCentral about hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory skin disease in which hair follicles and the sweat glands at their base become clogged and infected.
