Dr. Lyle Ostrow Explains to 6abc Temple Health’s Involvement in Program to Promote ALS Awareness With First Responders

Temple Health has partnered with the ALS Hope Foundation, The Griffin Gives Foundation, and the Upper Gwynedd Twp. Police Department on a program called 'Wendy's Wish 911.' Lyle W. Ostrow, MD, PhD, Associate Professor of Neurology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, explained to 6abc how the program is developing guidelines to teach emergency responders how to best resolve life-threatening situations for someone with ALS.
