Jared A. Daar, MD, a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellow at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, was a guest on the SiriusXM “Doctor Radio” show to discuss their research which found older adults not previously listed for lung transplant who were bridged to transplant via extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) showed favorable survival rates up to five years later.
