Dr. Amer Kechli Provides Perspective to Medscape on Studies Analyzing RSV in Kids

Amer Kechli, MD, Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, provided perspective to Medscape on two studies looking at respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) effects in kids. The first study showed children with asthma who contract RSV may experience more severe illness than children without asthma. The second study found that RSV tamps down rhinovirus coinfection in infants.
