Young, MHA, FACHE as the next President and Chief Executive Officer of Temple Health on January 2, 2026, upon Young’s retirement. This announcement, part of a long-planned succession transition, marks the culmination of Young's distinguished and impactful career. An alumnus of Temple’s Fox School of Business, Rastogi has spent more than 20 years with Temple Health, and will continue to lead Temple University Hospital while serving as CEO of Temple Health.
