Terry Heiman-Patterson, MD, Director of the Temple MDA/ALS Center of Hope, spoke with CBS News Philadelphia about Temple Health’s involvement in a clinical trial testing a new therapy for ALS. The experimental treatment, called Coya 302, targets immune cells that help control inflammation that may damage motor neurons and contribute to the progression of ALS.
