AfroTech Highlights $2 Million Gift from Drs. Toni and David Wilkes to the Lewis Katz School of Medicine to Establish an Endowed Scholarship Fund for Students Underrepresented in Medicine

Toni Wilkes, MD, and David Wilkes, MD, 1982 graduates of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, have committed a $2 million gift to the Katz School of Medicine to establish the Drs. David and Toni Wilkes ’82 Endowed Scholarship Fund. The fund will award scholarships to students who are underrepresented in medicine.
