HR Coordinator Frank Parker was honored with TUH-Main Campus’ Service Excellence Employee of the Month Award for his outstanding commitment to his work, his kindness and consideration to others, and for being such an exceptional teammate, as this excerpt from his nomination shows:
“When I worked with Frank in the Recruiting Department, he was so kind and helpful to me—but it turns out he’s like that with everyone! I saw him assist new hires when they needed extra help with the onboarding process, and he was always very considerate and patient.
Frank makes every employee interaction exceptional. He sets a great example for the entire hospital, since he meets so many people. Not only does he work with HR staff in the Recruiting Center, but he’s also responsible for getting employees from across the hospital new or replacement badges. He also handles all incoming calls, deliveries, and visitors to HR. He helps everyone, and we couldn’t have a better person doing this work because of how well he engages with people. The way he stays calm under pressure is truly impressive. It can get very busy, but Frank handles it with aplomb. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his work and colleagues, and that makes a significant impact on us.
Frank goes above and beyond to serve our employees, support his Temple colleagues, and foster a motivational work environment. His commitment to excellence is his innate talent. We deeply appreciate what Frank does for our team and employees throughout the hospital.
Wendy Gable, Vice President of Talent Management, thinks Frank should be Employee of the Year, and I agree! Never once have I heard a negative comment about him, and it is with great pleasure that I submit this nomination.”
