Keeping your lungs healthy is one of the best ways you can take care of your body as you age, and the earlier you keep on top of your lung health, the more your body will thank you later.
In this Community Classroom, Miranda Brickle, CRNP at the Temple Lung Center, will present on the importance of maintaining your lung health, and how you can do so. This starts with habits like regular exercise to improve your oxygen flow and heart health, following a healthy diet to reduce inflammation, and avoiding harmful substances that can cause unnecessary strain on your lungs. At the Temple Lung Center, providers work with you to make small but powerful changes that will keep your lungs strong, happy, and healthy for years to come.
