Pulmonary fibrosis, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, causes lung scarring that often interferes with a person’s ability to breathe. Many with this condition find it helpful to talk to others who understand their challenges, and can offer support and advice.
The Temple Lung Center Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group, in partnership with the Wescoe Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis, offers a welcoming space to learn more about pulmonary fibrosis, connect with others, and access trusted information. Topics included disease education, symptom management, and clinical trials, offering valuable knowledge and support for patients, caregivers, and their families throughout their journey.
The support groups are free but registration is required.
