The Temple Health palliative care team works with patients and families facing serious illnesses. Our goal is to control symptoms, relieve pain and provide understandable information so you can make informed choices about care. Our palliative care team includes doctors, a nurse practitioner, a social worker and a chaplain, with the mission of supporting you on your health care journey.

Physicians who are employed by or contracted with Temple University, Temple University Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center Medical Group, Inc., Temple Physicians, Inc. or CHH Community Health.
Temple Non-Physician Providers
Non-physician providers who are employed by or contracted with Temple University, Fox Chase Medical Group, Inc., Temple Physicians, Inc., or a Temple University Health System member hospital.
Private Practice Physicians
Private practice physicians who have privileges to treat patients at a Temple University Health System member hospital and are not employed by any Temple entity.
