Application Data
When you apply for a position through this career site, we collect the information you provide in your application, such as your name, contact information, resume, and other details requested on the application form. We also automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, and the web page you were referred from at the time of submission. This information is used by Temple Health and its service provider, Rival (SilkRoad Technology, Inc.), to process and evaluate your application. This is separate from, and unaffected by, the Google Analytics website data described above.
Data Storage and Processing
Applicant data is stored by Rival (SilkRoad Technology, Inc.) using Microsoft SQL Server hosted in the United States. Temple Health’s recruiting and job-activity data is also included in Rival’s analytics and reporting environment, which uses Snowflake, also hosted in the United States, for data warehousing, and Looker for reporting and visualization.
Your Choices / Data Requests
Candidates with an authenticated career-site account may use the self-service option available through the career site to permanently remove a specific job application and its associated application information. Other applications you have submitted are not affected, and your account remains available if you have other applications on file. This process requires your confirmation before it begins and may take up to 24 hours to complete. You may also contact [email protected] regarding applicant-data requests.
