Jeanes Campus offers an extensive range of medical, surgical and emergency services right in the Northeast Philadelphia community. Our goal is to provide patients with the comfort and convenience of a community hospital combined with the resources of a downtown academic medical center.

  • Advanced Disease Management/Palliative Care – The Jeanes Campus Palliative Care program serves patients who are dealing with complex medical problems, to provide management of symptoms, optimal pain relief, and emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.
  • Anesthesiology – Anesthesiology at Jeanes Campus is comprised of board-certified anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists and support staff who are directly involved in the care of patients before, during and after surgical procedures. In addition to services provided to surgical patients, we also specialize in acute and chronic pain management.
  • Bariatric Surgery – At Jeanes Campus, we know that losing weight can be one of the most difficult challenges you can face. It's why we offer proven weight loss procedures such as gastric banding and gastric bypass surgery.
  • Bone Marrow Transplant Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center—Temple University Hospital – This program is located on the Jeanes Campus. 
  • Cancer Care – Hematologists and oncologists at Jeanes Campus assist in managing cancer treatment when patients are in the hospital. Working in conjunction with Fox Chase Cancer Center, we offer a wide range of new anti-cancer treatments and supportive care services to provide patients with the therapies they need.
  • Cardiology – Part of Temple Heart & Vascular Institute, cardiologists at Jeanes Campus know that the best way to beat heart disease is to avoid it in the first place or stop its progression early. That is why our doctors put great emphasis on prevention and early detection.
  • Dermatology – Dermatologists at Jeanes Campus offer patients with all types of skin conditions some of the latest medical and surgical treatment options.
  • Diabetes Program – Take charge of your diabetes with Temple’s Real World Diabetes Program. Our classes will help inspire you to make healthy lifestyle choices and get control of your diabetes.
  • Ear, Nose & Throat – The Temple Head & Neck Institute physicians specialize in the treatment of sinus and ear disorders, including hearing loss and dizziness; head and neck cancer, including cancer of the esophagus, thyroid and larynx; and testing and treatment for allergies.
  • Emergency Services – Jeanes Campus’s Emergency Department specializes in the acute care of patients. We provide initial treatment for a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, some of which may be life-threatening and require immediate attention.
  • Endocrinology – Endocrinologists at Jeanes Campus diagnose and treat diseases related to the glands, restoring the normal balance of hormones in a patient’s body. Common conditions treated are diabetes, hypoglycemia and metabolism issues.
  • Gastroenterology – Our experienced gastroenterologists provide care for patients with a wide range of digestive ailments, including complex and difficult-to-treat disorders, and perform therapeutic endoscopies and other GI interventions. In addition, surgeons at Jeanes Campus collaborate with gastroenterologists to provide advanced surgical care, including minimally invasive procedures, for diseases of the GI tract.
  • General Surgery – Jeanes Campus general surgeons are trained in critical care, surgical oncology and laparoscopic surgery. They diagnose and treat conditions affecting almost every area of the body, including the breast, abdomen, arms and legs, as well as the gastrointestinal, vascular and endocrine systems. Jeanes Campus general surgeons address a wide range of problems arising from disease and complex conditions, including cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and morbid obesity.
  • Gynecology – Gynecologists at Jeanes Campus provide integrated medical care of women's health throughout their lifespan. To keep patients healthy, we provide routine gynecologic exams and screenings and monitor women’s wellness issues.
  • Hospital Medicine – Jeanes Campus hospitalists are trained in internal medicine or family medicine and take care of patients while they are hospitalized. Our hospitalists are responsible for admitting patients, coordinating care at the hospital with specialists, discharging patients at the appropriate time and facilitating patients’ transition back to their primary care physicians.
  • Interventional Radiology – Our interventional radiologists specialize in procedures such as minimally invasive biopsies, angioplasty, vertebroplasty, pain management and uterine fibroid embolization.
  • Jeanes Campus Pharmacy – Jeanes Campus Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer service to patients, physicians and staff who are inside the hospital.
  • Neurology – Patients experiencing neurological disorders, may find the relief they need at the Temple Neurosciences Center at Jeanes Campus. From patient consultation to a full range of diagnostic tests and surgical procedures, our neurologists are prepared to help patients understand and manage all aspects of their condition.
  • Neurosurgery – Part of the Temple Neurosciences Center, our neurosurgeons are highly experienced in treating the full range of neurological conditions and diseases.
  • Occupational Therapy – Occupational Therapists at Jeanes Campus provide complete inpatient and outpatient care for adults and pediatric patients. Patient and family education and training regarding rehabilitation strategies and recovery are part of our comprehensive care. We provide a customized evaluation and treatment plan to best serve every individual's specific needs.
  • Ophthalmology – Ophthalmologists at Jeanes Campus perform eye examinations to determine the health of patients eyes and may prescribe glasses, contact lenses or laser therapy to improve vision. They diagnose and treat diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment and eyelid disorders using the latest innovations in medication, laser and microsurgical techniques.
  • Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery – Oral and maxillofacial surgeons at Jeanes Campus offer comprehensive care for patients with defects and injuries of the mouth, teeth and jaw.
  • Orthopaedics – The board-certified orthopaedic and sports medicine physicians at Jeanes Campus combine compassion and experience to provide care for a full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, including arthritis, back pain, fractures, dislocations, osteoporosis, sports injuries, joint replacement and special procedures for the hand.
  • Pain Management – Temple Health Pain Management at Jeanes Campus provides advanced treatment for patients with acute or chronic pain.
  • Pathology & Laboratory Medicine – Our pathologists provide clinical services to Jeanes Campus, to nursing homes and assisted living facilities, to Fox Chase Cancer Center and to numerous outpatient offices. The clinical laboratory performs thousands of clinical tests per year.
  • Pediatrics – The pediatricians at Jeanes Campus deliver medical expertise with compassion and sensitivity, building positive, long-lasting relationships with their young patients while simultaneously providing high quality care. From sprained ankles to the flu to more complex conditions, our pediatricians are ready to provide comprehensive care with a warm smile.
  • Physical Therapy – Outpatient physical therapy services at Jeanes Campus are provided by Temple University Physical Therapy Associates, a division of Temple Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
  • Plastic Surgery – Plastic surgeons at Jeanes Campus perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Podiatry – Jeanes Campus podiatric surgeons treat a wide range of conditions affecting the foot and ankle with the goal of getting patients back to their normal routines with minimal pain and full function.
  • Primary Care – The family practice and internal medicine physicians at Jeanes Campus take your comprehensive healthcare needs into consideration, not just the problem that brought you into the office. Services may range from preventive tests to diagnosing problems discovered while taking your vital signs or medical history.
  • Psychiatry – Psychiatrists at Jeanes Campus treat a full range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Psychology – Our licensed psychologists provide consultation, psychotherapy, coaching and training.
  • Pulmonology – The skilled respiratory specialists at Jeanes Campus diagnose and treat patients with a full range of conditions: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to pneumonia, asthma to sleep apnea. We also manage severe lung conditions such as bronchiectasis, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis, asbestosis and other pulmonary disorders.
  • Radiology – Jeanes Campus offers a full spectrum of advanced imaging technologies interpreted by board-certified radiologists. Procedures include ultrasound, mammography, DEXA scan, X-ray, MRI, CT scan and more.
  • Rheumatology – Jeanes Campus rheumatologists treat different forms of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. They also treat various forms of tendonitis and bursitis (often called rheumatism), back pain and joint pain.
  • Sleep Center – The Sleep Disorders Center at Jeanes Campus, which is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, is staffed by board-certified sleep specialists from the Temple Lung Center. This group diagnoses and treats a full range of sleep disorders.
  • Speech Therapy – Speech-Language Pathologists at Jeanes Campus provide complete inpatient and outpatient services for communication and swallowing disorders. Family education, and rehabilitation and recovery training are part of our comprehensive care.
  • Spine Care – The Jeanes Campus spine program provides a state-of-the-art setting for the treatment of even the most complex spinal injuries.
  • Stroke Center – Stroke care at Jeanes Campus is certified by The Joint Commission and American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. Our Primary Stroke Center provides urgent diagnosis and treatment as well as early prevention.
  • Urology – Jeanes Campus urologic surgeons treat diseases of the male and female urinary tract systems and male reproductive organs.
  • Vascular Surgery – Part of the Temple Heart & Vascular Institute, our vascular surgeons offer comprehensive care for patients with peripheral vascular disease, including diagnosing and treating aneurysms, hardened or blocked arteries, blood clots, varicose veins and compromised blood flow to organs.
