- Why Temple: The ID pharmacy PGY2 program at Temple University Hospital offers a unique blend of clinical excellence, diverse patient populations, and integrated learning experiences alongside the fellows in the hospital’s medical ID fellowship. For me, the most important quality that this program offered was its unwavering commitment to the underserved populations of Philadelphia, which aligns well with my personal goals and interests. Lastly, as a graduate of Temple University’s School of Pharmacy, I wanted to return to the place that shaped me as a pharmacist and give back by contributing my knowledge to its current students. This residency allows me to continue advancing my clinical skills while also making a meaningful impact on the community and its future pharmacists.
