Temple Health today announced the launch of Temple Health Community Network, a unified physician practice organization that will bring together Temple Physicians Inc. (TPI) and Chestnut Hill Clinic Company (CHCC) effective October 15, 2026. The new organization strengthens Temple Health’s growing network of community-based practices and reinforces its commitment to providing coordinate, high-quality care closer to where patients live and work.
This transition reflects Temple Health’s continued evolution as a growing regional health system and its commitment to strengthening access, coordination, and consistency across community-based care settings throughout Greater Philadelphia.
“Temple Health’s growth has always been grounded in a clear mission—to meet patients where they are and ensure they have access to high-quality care across every stage of life,” said Abhi Rastogi, MBA, MIS, President and CEO of Temple Health. “Temple Health Community Network builds on that mission by bringing our community practices together under one coordinated organization, strengthening collaboration among our teams, improving the patient experience, and positioning us for continued growth across the region”.
Effective October 15, Tony Esposito, current CEO of Temple Physicians Inc., will serve as CEO of Temple Health Community Network.
“Temple Health Community Network represents an important milestone in how we serve our communities,” said Tony Esposito. “By bringing our physicians under one organization, we can strengthen coordination across the continuum of care, enhance population health, better support our physicians and staff, and continue providing the consistent, high-quality care our patients rely on every day.”
Patients will continue to receive care from the providers they know and trust without interruption. To find a physician or learn more about Temple Health’s primary care and specialty services throughout the region, visit the Temple Health Find a Doctor directory.
